In 2012, in the industrial city of Heshan, Jiangmen, a team of electric-vehicle makers made a quiet decision: skip the hype of the season, master the craft instead. Four years of complete-vehicle manufacturing hardened into a system. More than 30 dedicated R&D engineers turned market feedback into product improvements; over 200 professionals covered production, quality, engineering, and supply chain; and a 15,000-square-meter integrated plant ran the full chain from components to finished bikes.
